Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Please read these terms carefully. They govern your access to and use of Speaker Hub.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Speaker Hub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Plans and billing
Speaker Hub is currently in beta. The Free, Core Premium, and Full Premium plans are active during beta, and access to features depends on your plan. While the Service is in beta we may change which tools and usage limits are included in each plan, and those changes apply to existing subscribers as well as new ones. If a change would affect what you are paying for, you can cancel at any time.
The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans called Core Premium and Full Premium. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Monthly billing is available. An annual choice appears only when a real annual Stripe price is configured and the exact annual amount is shown before payment.
An eligible account may start one Full Premium trial after an explicit action. The trial runs for seven days, or fourteen days if you created your account through another member’s invite link. A payment method is required to start it. Before you confirm, we show you the amount, the date of the first charge, and how to cancel. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically to a paid Full Premium subscription and your payment method is charged the then-current monthly price. We email you when the trial starts and again before the first charge. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancelling before the trial ends means you are not charged. Trials that began before this change remain governed by the terms in effect when they started: no card, usage caps, and no automatic conversion.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing or features, and if we do, we will give you reasonable notice.
Referrals
Every account can generate an invite link. If someone creates a new Speaker Hub account through your link and then starts a Full Premium trial with a valid payment method, you earn a reward. Signing up alone does not earn anything: the reward is tied to the start of the trial.
If you are on the Free plan, the reward is thirty days of Full Premium access. Multiple rewards are added onto the end of each other rather than running at the same time. If you already pay for a plan, the reward is instead a credit on your Stripe customer balance worth one month of your current subscription, which is applied automatically to your next invoice. Referral rewards are account credit only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and are not refundable.
Rewards are limited to five in a calendar month and twenty for the lifetime of an account. We do not pay a reward for an account you create yourself, for an account created from the same network connection as yours, or where we otherwise reasonably determine the referral was not genuine. We may withhold, reverse, or cancel a reward, and may suspend access to the referral program, if we find the program is being used in a way these terms do not allow.
We may change or end the referral program at any time. Rewards already granted to your account are not taken back when the program changes, except where they were obtained in a way these terms do not allow.
Donations
Speaker Hub may invite you to make a voluntary donation to support the site. Donations are gifts that help fund the Service: they are not a purchase of any product or service, do not create any obligation on our part, and do not grant access to paid plan features.
One-time donations are processed by Stripe. You may also choose a recurring monthly donation, which continues until you cancel it; you can cancel a recurring donation at any time. Except where required by law, donations are non-refundable. If you donate through a third-party platform we link to, that platform’s own terms also apply.
Your content
You retain ownership of the talks, recordings, scripts, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to AI providers to generate transcriptions and analysis at your request.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights needed to upload it. Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rights or privacy of others.
If you give ClipFlow a video file or a YouTube link, you confirm that you own the video or have permission to process, edit, download, and publish clips from it. A public or unlisted link does not by itself give you those rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, accessing it in unauthorized ways, uploading malware, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk or harm for the Service or other users.
AI-generated content
Speaker Hub uses AI to produce transcriptions, analysis, suggestions, and drafts. These outputs can be imperfect or inaccurate and are provided to assist you, not to replace your own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing anything you rely on or publish.
ClipFlow AI enhancement predicts sharper image detail when it creates a 1440p or 4K export. It cannot recover detail that was never recorded, and it may change faces, text, textures, or other fine details. Review the finished video before you publish it.
Third-party AI models
The Speech Analyzer runs on open AI models we did not create and offer to you free of charge: TRIBE v2 by Meta AI, used under its Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 license; Parakeet by NVIDIA, used under its Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license; and OpenAI's Whisper for transcription. Each model belongs to its owner and stays subject to that owner's license. We credit these models in the app wherever the tool is used.
AI video enhancement, in both ClipFlow and the QuickCut talk editor, uses the open Real ESRGAN restoration model under its BSD 3 Clause license. Real ESRGAN belongs to its authors and remains subject to that license.
TRIBE v2 predicts how a listener's brain is likely to respond to a talk; it does not measure brain activity. Its output is an estimate to support your practice and is not scientific, medical, or diagnostic advice. Do not rely on it as such.
Audience Insider and voice coaching
Audience Insider researches an industry so you can prepare for an event, and then lets you rehearse out loud with an AI coach. Everything it produces is a research aid, not verified fact. Claims that carry a source link are only as reliable as the page they point to, and claims without one are the model reasoning rather than citing. Check anything you plan to say on stage.
When live web research is unavailable, we still write the briefing from the details you supplied and label it that way. A briefing carrying that label contains no sourced material at all, so treat every specific in it as unverified.
Rehearsal personas are simulations. An AI playing a skeptical or disengaged audience member tells you nothing reliable about how real people at your event will react, and a coaching summary is a suggestion rather than professional advice.
You are responsible for the event details, organizer notes, and links you enter. Only submit material you are allowed to share with us and with our AI providers, and do not paste confidential information a client gave you in confidence.
Voice coaching minutes, written briefings, and briefing podcasts each have their own monthly allowance on your plan. We may change these allowances, and we will tell you before reducing what your current plan includes.
Connected accounts and third-party platforms
The Service lets you connect third-party accounts (such as social media platforms) so we can publish content on your behalf. By connecting an account, you authorize us to access it and act at your direction, and you confirm you have the right to do so.
Your use of any connected platform is also governed by that platform’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we may lose access if a platform changes or revokes it. You can disconnect a linked account at any time.
Connecting your own AI app
You can authorize an AI app you already pay for, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor, to reach your Speaker Hub data through our connector. You decide which apps to authorize, and you are responsible for that choice and for keeping any access token you generate to yourself. Anyone holding your token can do everything your plan allows.
Speaker Hub supplies data and account actions to the app you authorize. We do not provide or control that app's chat, and we do not receive or retain a copy of your conversation there.
Data you make available this way leaves our service at your instruction and is then handled under your agreement with that app’s provider, not under ours. We do not control and are not responsible for what happens to it there.
Some tools available through the connector write to your account: they can add gigs and booking inquiries, update an inquiry, and save keynote versions. Those changes are made on your behalf and are yours. Check what an app has done before you rely on it. AI apps make mistakes, and this is your real business data.
We may suspend or revoke any connected app, or the connector as a whole, if it abuses the service, degrades it for others, or puts your data or ours at risk. Where we can, we will tell you. You can disconnect any app yourself at any time from the Connect page, and disconnecting takes effect immediately.
The connector is offered as part of your plan and the set of tools it exposes may change as the product does. Custom connectors are a paid feature of the AI apps themselves, and we do not control their pricing or availability.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
If you have questions about these terms, contact us at mick.hatzikostas@gmail.com.
