Cookie Policy

Supabase sets secure session cookies when you sign in. These cookies keep your account open between pages and protect access to your data.

We store cookie_consent for one year so the site remembers whether you chose Necessary only or Allow analytics. Blocking necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent account features from working.

If you choose Allow analytics, we set a random analytics identifier for up to one year and a session identifier for up to one day. These identifiers help us count people through landing, signup, onboarding, trial, first value, and checkout steps without using advertising trackers. If you sign in, the random analytics identifier is privately linked to your account ID so signed subscription updates can complete the same funnel.

Analytics events use a closed list of names and short properties. They do not include chat messages, uploaded content, generated results, email addresses, full page query strings, raw network addresses, or raw browser descriptions. Raw events are kept for 13 months.

We do not use third party advertising cookies or cross site tracking. Our analytics data stays in our Supabase database and is visible only to administrators.

The app also uses local browser storage for functional preferences such as your cookie choice, recent tips, and interface settings. This information is not used to follow you across other websites.

Choose Necessary only to use the site without optional analytics. Choose Allow analytics to help us understand and improve the conversion path. You can withdraw permission by clearing the Speaker Hub consent and analytics cookies, then choosing Necessary only when the banner appears again.

You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser. Deleting session cookies signs you out.

Stripe, connected social platforms, and other services you choose to open may use their own cookies under their policies. Speaker Hub does not control cookies set on those separate services.
