The outreach email in every Stage Finder drawer is the same email. Here is how to make it fit.
Open any event in Stage Finder and you get an outreach draft with the event's name on it. The text underneath is one email per search. Here is what that means and how to turn it into a pitch an organizer answers.

You click View pitch on an event and the drawer shows an email headed "Outreach draft for" and that event's name. It looks written for that stage.
Open a second event and read the email again. It is the same email.
That is not a bug, and it is worth knowing before you paste it anywhere.
One search makes one email
Stage Finder builds a single outreach draft for the whole report. Each drawer shows that draft under its own event's name, so the label changes and the words do not.
The tool asks for a short, warm email that is easy to adapt, and it leaves square brackets wherever it lacks a fact. It is told not to invent contact addresses or links. So the draft is a frame with the holes marked, which is the honest thing for it to be. It cannot know the organizer's name, last year's theme or what the room cares about this spring.
Send it as it stands and an organizer reads a form letter.
