The Speech Analyzer Coach is not a general chatbot. It only knows what is in your report.
The Coach tab answers questions about one analyzed talk, using that talk's scores, flagged moments, words, and transcript. Here is what it can see, what it cannot, and how to ask questions that get useful answers.

The Coach tab looks like every other chat box on the internet, so people use it like one. They ask for general tips on public speaking and get general tips back. That is a waste of a tool that has your actual talk in front of it.
The Coach is not trying to know everything about speaking. It is trying to know everything about one recording. Once you see what it has been handed, you can ask it questions it can really answer.
It has your report, and not much else
When you send a message, Speaker Hub gives the Coach the finished analysis for that talk. That includes the overall engagement score out of 100, the cognitive load and mind-wandering scores, your peak moments, and every engagement drop below 55 with the note and suggested fix attached to it. It also gets your ten highest scoring words, your five lowest, and the full transcript.
If you have filled in your Brand Kit and profile, it gets a summary of that too, so its advice can lean toward your goals and audience instead of a generic speaker.
It does not get the audio. It does not get your other talks. It does not know what the room looked like or what you were wearing. If you ask something the report cannot answer, a good answer will say so, and you should treat a confident answer to an unanswerable question with suspicion.
