Your one-sheet can hold eight testimonials. The page only ever shows three.

The proof section stores more than it displays, and the gap is not a bug. Here is what Speaker Hub actually caps in your one-sheet's proof row, and how to use the extra room on purpose.

Open the proof section of your one-sheet editor and you can add up to eight testimonials. Publish the page and only three of them show up. That is not a rendering bug you stumbled into. It is a deliberate gap between what you are allowed to store and what a planner is shown, and most speakers never notice it because they never fill more than two or three slots to begin with.

Three is what a planner reads. Eight is your bench.

The sheet itself only has room for three testimonials before it starts crowding out the sections that actually get you booked: your flagship talk, your topics, your stats. So the page draws your three strongest and stops there.

The storage cap sits well above that, at eight, and the reason is not generosity for its own sake. Speaker Hub's After Talk tool writes audience quotes straight into that same testimonial list after an event wraps, without going through the same checks the editor's save button does. If the storage cap matched the display cap of three, the next time you hit save in the editor, anything past the third quote would get silently cut, including whatever After Talk just added. Capping storage at eight instead of three leaves room to keep collecting without losing what just came in.

Practically, that means you should not stop at three. Save every usable testimonial you get, up to the cap, then treat the sheet's visible three as a decision you revisit, not a slot you fill once and forget.

The caps on logos and stats are a ceiling, not a target

The rest of the proof section works the same way, with room built in past what most speakers will ever use. Client logos cap at twelve, media logos at six, stats at four. None of that is what you should aim to fill.

What the one-sheet score is actually measuring breaks down the actual bar: four or more recognizable client logos and two or more hard stats round out the credibility category. That is the target. Twelve logo slots exist so a speaker who has genuinely worked with a dozen recognizable names has somewhere to put them, not so you pad the row with logos from events nobody has heard of. A dozen unfamiliar names read as filler, while four a planner actually recognizes read as evidence.

Stats work the same way in miniature. Each one is a short value and label pair, the kind of thing you would say out loud: a number, and what it means. Four slots is enough for your best numbers. It is not an invitation to manufacture a fourth stat you do not really have just because the row has room for it.

Curate toward the cap, do not just fill it

The pattern across the whole proof section is the same: Speaker Hub built room for more than a typical speaker needs, and left the choice of what to show up to you. That is worth treating as an instruction, not a technical detail. Save the testimonials you actually collect. Add the logos and stats you can back up. Then go back to the three testimonials and handful of logos the sheet actually draws and pick your strongest, on purpose, instead of whatever happened to be added most recently.

Why does my one-sheet let me save more testimonials than it shows?

The editor caps stored testimonials at eight, but the printed and shared sheet only draws the strongest three. The extra room exists so you always have a bench to rotate from, including quotes the After Talk tool adds automatically after an event.

Does adding a ninth testimonial delete an older one?

You cannot get to a ninth through the editor: the add-testimonial button disappears once you already have eight. The save endpoint enforces the same cap on its end, so if you want a new quote in, remove one of the eight first.

Do client logos and stats have the same kind of cap?

Yes. Client logos stop at twelve, media logos at six, and stats at four. Those ceilings are generous on purpose, so treat them as room to fill with real, recognizable proof rather than a quota to hit with whatever you have.
