Two speakers tailor a keynote to the same industry. The results shouldn't match.
Keynote Tailoring reads your Brand Kit and the audience field before it ever gets to the industry you typed. Here is what actually shapes a tailored variant, and why an empty Brand Kit produces a generic one.

Type "healthcare" into the industry field on Keynote Tailoring and you get a tailored version of your keynote back. Type it again from a different account, same talk, same industry, and you can get something that reads nothing alike. That is not the model being inconsistent. It is doing exactly what it was asked to do, and the two accounts asked different questions without either one touching the industry field.
The prompt starts with who you are, not what industry you picked
Before Keynote Tailoring writes a sentence, it builds a block the code plainly calls "who this speaker is." That block comes from your Brand Kit, which is your name, one-sheet bio, signature topics, and voice once you have set them, plus a private speaker profile you can paste in yourself, and any durable facts Speaker Hub has picked up about you elsewhere in the app. If any of that exists, it goes into the prompt ahead of the industry instructions, with a line telling the model to use your real topics, audience, and voice, and never invent anything beyond it.
Two accounts pasting an identical keynote description into an identical industry field are not running an identical prompt. One of them is also handing the model a paragraph about who they are. The other is not.
